Yasmine Serageldin is an Associate at Eldib Advocates, specializing in corporate law, intellectual property, maritime law, and arbitration. She earned a double law degree from the University of Pantheon Sorbonne – Cairo University in 2021, followed by a master’s degree in international business law. In 2022, she completed a second master’s degree in international arbitration, further solidifying her expertise in cross-border dispute resolution.

She has successfully managed the incorporation of leading companies, including Arkas Logistics S.A.E, Sea Glory Shipping Agency S.A.E, and New Horizons Exploration and Production LLC. Additionally, she has overseen Extraordinary and Ordinary General Meetings for high-profile corporations such as Abu Qir Containers Terminal and Alexandria International Container Terminal.

Yasmine has also played a pivotal role in contract negotiation and drafting, as well as overseeing multi-million-dollar construction projects for clients such as the Egyptian Navy and Emaar Misr. Expanding her expertise in intellectual property law, she has facilitated trademark registrations both in Egypt and internationally for renowned brands like Lamar, Formula Prodotti, and Master Kong.
