He graduated from the Faculty of Law (English Department), Alexandria University, and has been a member of the Bar Association since 2003, when he joined the firm.

Richard has represented clients in complex corporate transactions and high-stakes disputes, offering strategic legal counsel across corporate governance, compliance, mergers & acquisitions, and contract negotiations. His expertise extends to drafting, negotiating, and amending agreements, including management, franchise, concession, joint venture, licensing, and international trade contracts, as well as construction and real estate development agreements.

He has played a pivotal role in multinational M&A transactions, conducting due diligence, drafting transactional documents, and overseeing signing and closing processes. As part of Eldib Advocates’ project team, Richard advised on a multibillion-dollar global acquisition of a multinational company, ensuring the successful execution of the deal while safeguarding the interests of the client's Egyptian subsidiary.
