Mohamed Serageldin obtained his LL.B. from Alexandria University in 2006 and joined Eldib Advocates in 2007. He began his career in the firm’s Intellectual Property department, where he spent four years developing expertise in domestic and international IP matters. In 2011, he transitioned into commercial and corporate law, where he played a pivotal role in advising private individuals and multinational corporations on complex transactions, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance. After gaining extensive experience in the legal field, Mohamed rejoined Eldib Advocates as a Junior Partner in 2024.
Mohamed has been instrumental in resolving high-stakes commercial and intellectual property disputes and has actively participated in multi-billion-dollar acquisitions and private equity transactions across multiple jurisdictions, including Egypt, England, Italy, Greece, KSA, Tanzania, Ivory Coast, UAE, Netherlands, and Mauritius. His extensive experience in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) has allowed him to assist investors in establishing business operations in jurisdictions such as India, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Tanzania, UAE, and Greece.
With a strong background in contract law, Mohamed has reviewed, negotiated, and drafted a wide range of legal agreements, including Public-Private Partnership (PPP), Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), FIDIC, and Joint Ventures (JV) agreements. His recent success in a landmark cross-border contractual dispute underscores his ability to navigate intricate legal challenges with precision and professionalism.
