Hassan Elkhashab is a seasoned legal expert and a Partner at Eldib Advocates, where he leads the Banking & Finance department. Having joined the firm in 1985, he initially specialized in shipping disputes, later expanding his expertise to encompass complex financial transactions and banking law.

Hassan has extensive experience in banking and finance products, allowing him to advise both banks and borrowers on a wide range of financial matters, including acquisition finance (public and private), trade finance, asset finance and leasing, and structured finance. Recognized for his expertise in international dispute resolution, Hassan serves as a Board Director at the International Law Association. His profound knowledge of maritime law has also earned him a position as a Board Member of the Egyptian Maritime Society.
