Mohamed SerageldinSenior Associate
Mohamed joined Eldib Advocates upon graduation from the University of Alexandria, Faculty of Law English Department in December 2007. Serag is specialized in intellectual property law, corporate law and maritime law, which afforded him the opportunity to work in various aspects in those fields such as in filing for patents and trademarks in various industries, drafting contracts of supply and so forth.
He has expanded his specialization to encompass all areas of shipping and commercial litigation by handling a variety of shipping dispute. Moreover, he has furthered his field of work to also include resolving commercial and corporate disputes and advising on several legal aspects with a focus on civil, commercial, labor and corporate law. He is an extremely active member of the legal community in Egypt and a productive member of our firm.
Serageldin recently completed a FIDIC course/workshop that has allowed him to now draft such contracts for our clients. He is currently working with two different clients on FIDIC contracts.
